FUNCTION

The camera eight-position automatic focusing machine is a complete set of focus focusing glue integrated solutions for manufacturers of high-volume mobile phone camera modules and fingerprint modules.It includes an automatic focusing system and an automatic dispensing system. UV curing system, black field/white field test module,automatic vision alignment, laser height measurement and other modules,can perform open and short test,focus test,image test,and glue curing.

FEATURE

• An eight-station fixture rotating platform is used,and the eight stations simultaneously run tests.
• The focusing station is equipped with a high-precision 4-axis motion system (accuracy ± 0.02mm).It uses an easy-to-change focusing head design.The focusing uses Z / U axis linkage to ensure that the rotation angle and depth are accurately synchronized.
• A laser altimeter is used to detect the module lens height (accuracy ± 5 µm), and equipped with a machine vision system to locate the product.
• The drawing board supports MIPI-4 channel and supports USB3.0.
